i have used patterns red wood pattern and black pattern.

paint bucket tool opacity levels (33%) so that on image it provides glass shade. finally 3d tools. COLORS-BLUE,BLACK,WHITE

Here I have viewed as preview by pressing space bar after selecting the image so that the view changed perfectly to 3d.
use clone tool for removing close mark over the window and iphone icon on top and bottom.
i applied again gradient tool.
